One of the 12 Things that I advise everyone who is caring for aging parents or loved ones to do is to turn up some music and dance.  It doesn’t need to be formal; I can often be found in my kitchen dancing with my dog.  Believe me, before long, I am laughing and forgetting about whatever stressed me out in the first place ( at least for a few minutes ).  

Well, a friend sent me this link about a dog who dances merengue with his owner.  Certainly my dogs don’t dance this way, but I thought this video was too special not to share with you.
