My wife and I have been around the care industry for many years she as a Real Estate Broker and me as a Mortgage Loan Officer. We have never been in the business ourselves. We have seen a lot that goes on in and around the business. It's not for the faint of heart. The businesses I speak of are single family homes with up to 6 clients. Bless them all who care for those who can no longer care for themselves. Great blog you have started here.
