		<description>I love it when mainstream people talk about meditation.  It&#039;s so beneficial, but even doctors like me can think it&#039;s fluffy and wierd.  But it&#039;s actually supported by scienticfic research as a legitimate behavioral technique to reduce stress and calm your mind.
